Yes. You can pay in cash when your parcel arrives, for orders up to ৳ 10,000. If your delivery area is “Outside Dhaka”, the delivery charge must be paid in advance via bKash or Nagad.

Delivery charge and estimated time by area: Inside Dhaka: ৳ 80, 1–3 days; Dhaka suburbs: ৳ 100, 2–4 days; Outside Dhaka: ৳ 130, 2–5 days. Orders with a product total of ৳ 5,000 or more get free delivery when the full amount is paid in advance.

Our team checks every product before it is packed and sealed. We describe each fragrance honestly: if a perfume is inspired by a well-known fragrance, its product page says so clearly.

Attar is a concentrated, oil-based fragrance without alcohol, applied in small amounts directly to the skin. It usually stays closer to the skin and unfolds slowly. Perfume is fragrance oil blended with alcohol and sprayed on, so it spreads quickly and projects more into the air around you.

Apply a small amount with the applicator to pulse points such as the wrists, the neck and behind the ears. Do not rub your wrists together; let the scent settle on its own. If you apply it to clothes, test a hidden spot first, because some oils can mark light fabrics.

It depends on the product, its concentration, your skin and the weather. Each product page shows a longevity guide for that fragrance. In general, attars and stronger concentrations such as Extrait and Eau de Parfum last longer than Eau de Toilette and body sprays.

Keep bottles tightly closed in a cool, dark place, such as a drawer or cupboard. Avoid direct sunlight, bathrooms and hot cars: Bangladesh's summer heat and humidity can change a fragrance over time.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery. Advance delivery charges are paid via bKash or Nagad.

If you receive a wrong, damaged or leaking product, contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video and we will replace it or refund you. Opened or used perfumes and attars cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
