These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Premium Decants. By placing an order, you agree to them, so please read them carefully.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
- Delivery charges depend on your delivery area and are shown at checkout and in our shipping policy.
- Prices may change from time to time, but the price of an order does not change after you have placed it.
- If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and will let you know before dispatch.
Orders and confirmation
Placing an order on the website is a request to buy. Your order is accepted only after our team confirms it with you by phone.
We may cancel or refuse an order if:
- the product is out of stock
- we cannot reach you to confirm the order
- the order looks fake or suspicious, or its details are incomplete
- the address is outside our courier partners' coverage
If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we refund the full amount you paid.
Product information
We try to show every product accurately. Bottle and packaging colours may look slightly different on your screen, and packaging design can change between batches without notice.
Fragrance is personal: the same scent can smell different and last a different length of time depending on your skin, the weather and how much you apply. Notes and longevity information on product pages are a guide, not a guarantee.
If you have sensitive skin or allergies, test a small amount on your skin first and stop using the product if irritation occurs.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our return & refund policy.
Using this website
Please do not place fake orders, misuse the website, or copy its content, product photos or brand name without our written permission. We may block orders from, or access by, anyone who does.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions or network outages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Bangladesh.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, dated at the top, applies to orders placed from that date onwards.
